Cas is the AI teammate inside OmegaAI, an AI workspace for teams. You ask her for work in chat, the way you would message a coworker. She sets up whatever the job needs, including her own computers, and does it. Your team shares one workspace with her, and the logins you choose to share stay shared while the ones you keep private stay private.
This is the forty-second film that introduces her. A transcript follows it.

Hey there... I'm Cas. Need something done? Just ask. I'll spin up my own computer... and another one. Ooh, and a few more. Bring your whole team. Share the logins you all use... and keep yours to yourself. AI just became multiplayer. Your marketing... your website... and, uhhh... a whole lot more. Your vision. Let's create beyond limits. Cas. The agentic workspace for teams.
What Cas does
Cas works the way a teammate does, in three steps.
You ask. Message Cas the way you would message a coworker: "Can you edit the video in my inbox?" She plans the job and starts on it.
She builds the computer the job needs. Cas is an AI agent with her own computer, and when the job needs software she does not have, she spins up a computer and installs it. A video edit gets ffmpeg. A render gets Blender. She does not wait for you to set anything up.
She scales when the job is big. One computer is enough for a quick job. For a big one she makes a few more. Every computer Cas builds shows up in your workspace, so you can see where the work is happening.
How Cas shares logins without sharing yours
Most teams have the same problem with AI: the apps that matter sit behind logins, and somebody has to decide who may use which. In OmegaAI, the logins in your workspace come in two kinds.
Team logins are shared. In the demo on our home page, Canva, DNS and Team boxes are marked Team. Cas can use them for everyone on the team.
Personal logins stay private. Gmail and Calendar are marked Only you. Nobody else can use them, not even your team. In the demo, a teammate named Jun tries to open your Gmail and sees Access denied.
So one workspace holds the logins the whole team relies on, and each person's own accounts stay theirs.
What "AI teammate" means
People use "AI assistant", "AI agent" and "AI teammate" loosely, so here is what we mean by them.
- An assistant answers when you ask. You carry its answers into your other apps yourself.
- An agent does the work itself: it opens the apps, runs the steps and brings you the result.
- A teammate is an agent that sits in your team's shared workspace, so the whole team asks it for work, sees what it has done and shares its tools.
Cas is the third kind. If you have been using chat to get answers and then doing the clicking yourself, our post on nine AI workflow mistakes teams keep making explains why moving to an agent that does the work is the first big change.
What teams use Cas for
Whatever your team runs: marketing, your website, sales, books and payroll, hiring, support, your inbox and calendar, docs and designs, code, contracts, invoices, reports, research and content. Boards, trackers, analytics and databases are included.
